Studio flat

Studio flat in a small quiet and panoramic village.

Studio apartment of 30 sqm on the top floor of a renovated house in a small village with beautiful landscape on the territory of the Majella-Morrone National Park. The studio has the roof of exposed wood and just one room with fully equipped kitchen area and two sofa beds (2p + 1p),  bathroom with shower but without bidet. A wooden staircase leads to a cramped loft that can accommodate 1 extra bed. panoramic balcony with a wide view of the mountains of Maiella and Morrone, mosquito nets and summer-winter air conditioning.

A small garden with trees, fenced and equipped is available to users of the studio. Parking in front of the house.

The small village (partially uninhabited) is about 1 km from the town of Tocco da Casauria (PE), is surrounded by extensive olive groves and woods below. The territory mainly flat allows comfortable walking, jogging activities and easy use of bicycles. The place is very quiet and strategic for many excursions all around.

Tocco Casauria

Tocco da Casauria (PE) , on the slopes of Mount Morrone ( Majella National Park / Morrone ) , has just under 3,000 inhabitants , it is 400 m . asl, overlooking the Pescara River Valley , surrounded by mountains and hills with endless olive groves ; is famous for its production of oil and liquor " centerbe ." The wind coming from the Gorges of Popoli feeds a major wind farm and allows the activity of the National School of Paragliding . There is a small hospital , bank, post office, pharmacy, shops, bars , offices and all services generally needed ; frequent buses and trains ( stations downstream ) lead anywhere . Motorway A25 at 5 ' , the city of Pescara , the beaches of the Adriatic Sea and the Airport are a 40 ' , the most important ski centers in the region in just over half an hour , Rome is 90 ' .

Abruzzo

Abruzzo, the "Green Region of Europe" in central Italy between the Adriatic Sea and the Appennines Mountains. A region characterized by significant urbanization of the coastal zone and a lower presence of settlements proceeding inward and with the increase of altitude. Especially the inland areas, deeply marked by rugged mountains and deep valleys, saw the birth of a multitudes of small towns, villages, hamlets often perched for defense or as if to signal with their presence each specific peculiarity of the natural environment . The villages of Abruzzo are among the most beautiful in Italy, must be known, protected and enhanced. How many people still live there despite a lot of difficulties must be appreciated and supported because they are proud of the heritage that surrounds them and eager to welcome those who want to get closer to try to share their wealth.
